Raymond D. Bienik, Sr. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the inpatient facility of Hospice Buffalo.  He was 89 years old.

Raymond was born in Buffalo New York on December 14, 1928 the son of Ignatius and Sophie (nee Wolak) Bienik. He served in the United States Army from 1945 until his honorable discharge in 1948.

He  and his wife Alice were  the owners of the  Royal Cafe in Sloan New York as well as the Royal Travel Agency for many years.

Beloved husband of Alice G. (nee Kilianski) Bienik. Devoted father of David (Holly Hampton) Bienik, Susanne (Charles) Fischer and  Raymond D., Jr (Julie Treni). Proud grandfather of Jennifer, Allison and Larissa and dear great grandfather of Abbey.  Raymond was the fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.

At Raymond's request, there will be no services scheduled at this time. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Hospice Buffalo 225 Como Park Boulevard Cheektowaga New York 14227.
